  1. At our initial no-cost visit, we will meet with you to discuss your home’s needs and conduct a thorough inspection to provide us with a baseline of your home’s condition.
  2. Then we prepare your customized maintenance plan.  We provide a complete, itemized proposal of what needs to be done and what it will cost.
  3. Upon acceptance of the plan, the repair work is done first. Then you move to a low-cost maintenance program of regular service visits, and we continually identify areas that require remedial attention.
  4. We will schedule and oversee all authorized services on your behalf, keeping you informed of the progress.  We are partnered with qualified service companies for unexpected maintenance or emergency needs.

You have complete control over what gets done and when. The no cost, no-obligation inspection process will identify the costs specific to your home. Then, you pay according to an agreed schedule of payments.
     
    Our work is 100% guaranteed.  Our agreement with you will be simple and straightforward. We want you to be happy, but if changes beyond our control occur, you can pay the outstanding balance and terminate your agreement at any time.  We will strive to create a long-term relationship with you to keep your home in like-new condition year after year.
